1. Avg profit method
* Simple profit methods
G/w = avg profit × no. Of years
*Weighted profit method

Weighted = total product/ total weight
2. Super profit method
G/W = super profit × no .of years
Super profit = avg profit - NORMAL PROFIT
NORMAL PROFIT = CAPITAL EMPLOYEED × ROR /100
CAPITAL EMPLOYED = ASSESTS - LIABILITY
3. Capitalisatioj of profit
* Capitalisation of avg profit
G/W = CAPITALISE PROFIT - NET ASSETS
