Hey ! Some time there are such circumstances. I (from West Bengal) have myself purchased vegetables from local markets my whole life, which are farm fresh and in budget but recently I have moved to Chennai mannivakkam and there is no fresh vegetables available in local stores so I have to visit the nearby mall most of the time . And I manage to get to the local vegetables market sometimes which is 8 km away.

Have you ever considered the option that blue berry and raspberry are grown in india too. They are costly because they are not farmed that extensively as they need locations with certain geographical features to grow and the plants bear fruit only for short period of time. Their high cost is also due to their short shelf life, storage and transportation costs. Not because they were imported. Import comes from sea route where it takes days or weeks. Add that to time taken from processing the import and transportation to stores that will take another few weeks. Import expenses, transportation, processing storage all would make this as costly as gold dear. Not 350 rs per 200g

These companies add various chemicals inside the cow's body and also in the milk, and when the cows become weak and unable to produce large quantity of milk, they ( trade/export ) end the cows life to commercially obtain flesh and/or leather. 😠 In the advertisements they use cute animation of happy cows to attract attention of kids and youngsters. Whereas the real cows and the calves are not well treated by many milk factories. So it is better to eat vegetables grown in your locality or city, and it's best if you could manage to find one good vegetable seller who is genuine.
