What is emptyness?? How to empty oneself??

How to overcome negative thoughts n jumping mind sir
Dear @Karthik,
Think of mind like a tool, one has to program and teach mind to always think positively, Mohanji says even in the eye of an Hurricane do not lose hope!!
Mohanji has been teaching many ways to deal with negative thought pattern. Mind very easily leans towards negativity and adapts it as a pattern.
Some of the ways taught by Mohanji is to look at thoughts , observe them they will keep coming but then soon their frequency will reduce. You must look at them just like a loving parent keeps observing their children playing.
Another way is to imagine converting these thoughts/ fears as flowers and offering to Guru/God feet and saying you take care of these, they are not mine.
One more approach is to be aware of a negative thought and once it comes repeat 5 times a positive thought , a postive thought could be “lokah samastha sulhinow bhavantu” which means may all the beings in this universe be happy.
Last but not least along with these practices have complete faith and belief on your Guru/God whom you follow.
