Help me please I can’t connect the camera, not by cable, not by WiFi. It seems it connects cause makes a sound like successful connection every time I connect the cable but when I want to continue in the app just says it can’t connect
Hi Sandra, Sorry,SH025 without cable port. - If you fail to add device on App, please make sure the followings: 1. Before adding device, you will hear continuous 'beep' sounds from the device.(If there is no sounds, RESET device) 2. Enter correct Wi-Fi password. 3. When you hear 'Bi' sound from device, click 'Next' to access. - If you fail to setup your device via WiFi QR Connect for many times, you can try to setup camera via AP Hotspot Connect.here is the link for you :www.sricam.com/srihome/article/id/b9c1cce725f34a5d80c547319352d7aa.html .
