Hi Jim I have been answering the call to grow in the knowledge of Torah and from what I have learnt when the Barley is Aviv for the wave - sheaf offering that new moon determines the month of Nisan beginning. The Reports from Israel the barley is Aviv so we are now in the New Year month of Nisan from Monday 11th which puts passover beginning Monday 25th March which is the full moon. Wondering the difference of days with your partaking of Passover? Appreciate your thoughts.
Worship is not a weekly show or event. It should be called a time of praise. But even that should be a lifestyle too. And what I see of probably 99,999% contemporary churches and old style more orfobox churches don't praise God, they are actually praising themselves. Praise ought to be wholehearted and exuberant. But that would cut across the mainstream and the massive pride in today's tradition in churches.
Hi Jim, could you possibly deep dive covenant prayer? I'm a little fuzzy on how to implement this. Are there any examples of covenant prayer in the Bible or is this a practice inferred? You mentioned the occult does this and the women in the church in Africa. Are there any resources you could refer me to for a more comprehensive guide? Thanks!
It says in 1 Corinthians that Paul suggest that everyone speaking in tongues, but he said that he would rather you prophesied than speaking in tongues, because if there is no interpreter, then there is no point for tongues to be spoken. Which means that if you speak in tongues, and there’s no one there to translate it, then it does not benefit anyone. That’s why he said he would rather you prophesy, then speak in tongues, because everyone can benefit from the prophecy. And another thing is, it is not true that if it’s suspicious, and it brings awareness that the enemy is trying to hijack no, this I disagree with. The Holy Spirit gives us the gift of discernment. Therefore, if you feel there is something not right about something and you have the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit is warning you.
Did you change your belief in biblically clean foods? You mentioned eating bacon I am not bringing judgment just wondering if you learned something different about that topic?
