This was Early February, middle of March should be fine, especially Val Thorens as it’s very high up… some of the lower resorts or ones that get a lot of sun may be a bit sparse but usually still mainly skiable… it varies year to year… but you’ll be fine. Have a good one, get over to Courchevel if you’re able too 😎👍🏻
As for tips, yes. Download the app, if the weathers bad in one valley, you can check the webcams, might be sunny in another. Also an app like Ski Tracks is great to see how far / fast / where you’ve been.
I originally thought it was “Cime”, but I’ve just looked at the piste map again and it’s actually “Col de l'audzin” (basically the furthest red to the right on the VT piste map). We’ve done this a few times on previous holidays when the conditions were not as good and it felt like it took all day to get down because it was all cut up. As you can see they were very good on this day so we flew down.
You done really well there that’s a long way down without stopping
Im going here next week, been 6 years since ive been and i cant fucking wait
Get over to Courchevel / La Tania too if you can… have a good one 👍🏻
Wow! What month was this? Thinking about going there in the middle of March this year.

@@MattScotty I’m going there next month, what do you like about Courchevel?
Why are you grunting? I've never gone skiing so I'm not sure if you're in pain or really enjoying it? I'm heading there in a few weeks, any tips
Because my legs are on fire and it’s hard-work 😂
Should stop for a rest or slow down but was having too much fun 😬
