Looks good! One thing I'd recommend is to peel the tape before the paint dries. Peel the tape after a couple minutes when the paint is still tacky, but not wet. You'll get cleaner lines when peeling the tape and less likely to peel paint at edges.
Hey so I’m going to start restoring a pair like these you know on the back of the tongue where it says air Jordan upside down can I use acetone on that
Do you use a glass finish for the white for the midsole as I’m trying to repaint my bread 4s and trying to figure out which would be the best acrylic finish
This is a great video. The first midsole I did was this shoe and I didn’t prep properly. Or paint properly. I used acetone when I could of just scraped. I created holes in the midsole and stained black paint all over the midsole material. Also other gunk. I created such a big mess literally and figuratively. I also used the wrong tool and scraped the side of the shoe. It took my 5 tries to get it right. Love the video
I am just curious, shouldn't you already know how to do this before practicing on someones shoes? You offer a restoration service but clearly from what you said don't know what your doing... I can't do it either, which is why I am here, but I'm also not soliciting business.

Why not use airbrush for all coats ?
Brushing the first few coats works the paint into the sanded midsole which makes it adhere better which prevents cracking

Base layer is always mixed with extra adhesive promotor
