Dear rainbowsalads, you can import your Eagle-file to TARGET 3001! and design the front panel here. As far as I know Eagle does not have a front panel tool. The front panel format TARGET 3001! creates is DXF which can be used independently from the board file. Maybe you know that any TARGET3001! file can be exported towards Eagle as well. I have just installed panel pool target 3001 .exe on Linux Ubuntu via Wine . seems to be o.k so far.
