Hey, nice to see that you completed the cover quick! And it's very good! It sounds more upbeat and melodic than the original. Original is more focused on rhythm. Maybe it's the keyboard sample you use, which slightly changes the conveyed tone. As it is, it's more fit as a multiplayer theme than a 1 player story stage theme, imo.
How do you like the soundtrack, btw? Most favorited is world 7's theme, but my personal favorite is the more cerebral and less frantic world 4 theme.

If you are looking for projects which might attract attention to your channel, I have three suggestions:
1- Fortress of Fear (GB) Title Theme - originally composed by David Wise: If you cover this, you better insist on how it is from the in-house composer of Rareware during its golden age. Because if not, your video won't make any views, most likely.
He is mostly celebrated for Donkey Kong Country's soundtracks and it's really a pity that they outshine his earlier works, because it is full of splendid compositions, like this one.
2- The Legend of Zelda, The Adventure of Link - Final Temple: I think this one would be an added value to the SNES/Genesis cover community. And give you good views if you put your all into it. For some reason, the classic temple theme is a favorite, but there is no 16bit cover of the last dungeon theme, which is a daunting and yet majestic tune. It's a sad oversight.
3- Legacy of the Wizard - Overworld Theme: Just as with David Wise, nearly everybody seems to ignore the works Yuzo Koshiro did before Streets of Rage. Some of his compositions for Falcom are amazing. This one's a nice little RPG composition that can use some blast processing update, maybe ;)
Whatever you decide to do next, I am just happy to follow your progression. Keep tuning going! 👍
