If the court penalizes a plaintiff for false claims and then the defendant in that suit further files a complaint about false prosecution then how much would the previous suit's decision be relied upon by the court in the criminal proceeding? Res judicata won't be there because it's a separate criminal case but how much would it be taken into considereation?

Sir if suppose court is ordering for interest for the period prior to the institution of suit...then what will be the interest rate ? Whether court has discretion or it is necessary that parties should in their agreement fix the rate of interest and court can only order for that interest rate?
Sir but this limit of 6 prcnt is in case where court is ordering further interest after decree is passed till payment. My question was what will be the rate of interest for the period before institution of suit? Will this 6 prcnt limit applicable in those cases also?

Civil judgments are not relevant under criminal law but person can claim compensation for malicious prosecution
