I really loved this concept of putting a mental disorder into something tangible, something that could be broken down and "killed". It was an unfortunate outcome for Holly, but I believe that added to how moving this short was. Wonderful job.
I jumped when she screamed at the beginning of the video. Besides that, this is a beautiful film, and it shows a lot of people what someone with this may go through. I love it to death, and the ending....I have to admit that I cried a little.
When I say - it's like this, but not the same, would you think that it takes one to know one? My children so and that's not fair when you see where I came from ... if I say - they used this kind of so-called 'knowledge' to give me a psychiatric label and made me a shadow of who I once was - would you call it being in denial? Lots of people seem to think I need to see a doctor and when I say that I'm having my own schedule because nobody can understand what happened before and after I ran through a rabbit hole ... is it the book or scenario that makes us 'specialists' - because I never had issues before and after and it was not my fault that my world became the most dangerous place you can imagine - I call it MY INTUITION THAT WAS RIGHT - and nobody sent me to the doctor when I was IN REAL TROUBLE ... this world is such a sick place to be!!!

I certainly hope anyone with questions or concerns of mental illness, especially schizophrenia will hold no truth to this film-maker's tale. film is cool, film about serious illness is not meant to be taken lightly. do something less complicated. my experience with schizophrenic's is nearly 50 yrs strong.
