hi i purchased a watlow model 96 ive got it set to factory settings and a k type thermocouple hooked up to it and an ssr on output 1 it reads the temp and shows a light on output one but not voltage on the ssr input terminals, i have the ouput set to ssr do i need to configure something else as well to get it work ?
I assume you've solved the problem by now, but that is an indication of an input failure. Check your connections, sensor condition, and the sensor type setting in the SETUP menu. Good luck!
