Looking at the marks on the road, I don't believe the ~400 km/h claim. That's a speedo malfunction. 360 Km/h is 100m/s, those lane seperator marks are 5 meters long. At over 100m/s you should only see a blur of them. There are bikes that do go this fast, but I doubt that one did.

@@ericscaillet2232 Back in the 70s, my dad hit a dog at 90mph on his Norton 750 Commando. Lucky for DAD (the dog, err, not as much), the dog exploded on impact. Head and front legs went one way, ass and rear legs the other, and the middle basically disintegrated. Dad stayed upright, came home with a bent wheel, and blood and fur head to toe.

I know this has been said several times already but I’ll say it again. Going this fast on public roads is unacceptable. Plus these guys don’t even know how to lean the bike properly! They’re all over the road! A few times they’ve put oncoming traffic in so much danger! People like these destroy the art and joy of riding a motorcycle 🤦🏾♂️

First, as a test rider, from 1978 till 1992 I rode several Yamaha OW61, not the fastest, but the most nimble and lightweight, and a 1975 Honda goldwing on the street, I do lane splitting only when traffic is at standstill, always 10 miles faster than traffic if it starts to move, yesterday, Freeway driving my 30 foot motorhome I came up behind a semitruck on the 4th; as I was passing the truck in the 3rd, first saw 2 motorcycles (saw only one at the time) at an insane speed in the 1st just before traffic started to slow down, rather, they decided not to slow down, then switched from 1st to 4rt just to find the slow moving truck, as they tried to lane split at way over my speed, (50) the left handlebar of one hit my awning pole, immediately trowing the first squid under the trailer and his bike under my motorhome and the other bike against the trailer rear and squid between my fuel tank and rear axle, in my mirror I saw the first squid , never a second squid, squid#1 tells me to back up to free his motorcycle looking down and missing his friend, smelling gasoline, I moved less than half foot when squid#2 starts to yelp as his right hand was squashed by my rear left, squid#1 realizing brother under motorhome, at risk of fire, I moved forward with squid #1 yelling to go in reverse, fk his friend, he wanted his bike back, at this point the trucker lost it and punched #1 so hard he landed tooth missing
I think it should be against the law to wear a helmet, then when they crash its a better chance they won't survive.

Not if, but when they give their skin and/or life to the pavement, car, or building when driving at those speeds on public roads without proper gear.
Wear gloves, leather pants with padding, and proper boots to handle sliding on the pavement 200 feet.
Drive safely and slowly on public roads. Go to the track and rent time, you will have fun and live. Even with a wipe out on a track, there are designed areas to allow a slow skidding on grass to save you. Watch the Grand Prix and observe the track.
To all others, look twice for smaller moving objects. Be safe, speed kills.

I've seen the aftermath of 300km/h crashes first hand and on tape. No gear in this world can protect you when going that fast. It's still dumb not to wear anything though.
