The Elite Manufacturing Company was founded in 1906 by Edwin L. Kilhefner, John H. Burkholder and Preston E. Countryman in Ashland, Ohio. Its industry was jacks, concrete mixers and scaffold brackets and its headquarters remained in Ashland, Ohio. The company was merged with the J. H. Shannon Company and two other large firms to form the Automatic Products Corporation in 1929. In 1934, the automobile jack business was reorganized as the Reliance Jack Company,
G’day, we are travelling with 4 vehicles in the party, a Landcruiser Ute, a Ranger, a BT50 & a DMax, each video in the series is a days travel, sorry I’ve no idea how to link the videos, no communication to upload videos most of the time so are trying to catch up now at Birdsville. Would love to document everything, maybe in the future I may become more efficient, however I fear of becoming a slave to the cause and not enjoying my time in the bush. I drove one for a time with a fully worked 457 Chevy dropped into it 🚀 also lots of fond memories of Derby and Surrounds in the early 80s
