If you have super wide feet these are not good. If you have medium wide feet they might feet, they will probably feel pretty tight, but the upper is super soft so it may mold to your feet.

That knit at the back of the heel...is it pretty flexible? I have an Achilles issue and some stiff heel tabs press on it.

Yeah, it's pretty flexible. It's a knitted material and also the internal plastic heel counter doesn't come up as high
