- Why was Usain Bolt so good? Being the best sprinter of all time isn't easy, especially for a guy who had a couple problems, like scoliosis.

His technique wasn't the best yes but he came back and put in hard work and committed to his work out and pushed his body to a next level and dimension and superb he became. Lighting Bolt Ambassador of Jamaica.
wdym his technique was amazing
I genuinely think his coach(es) said that just to throw off the competition and make them think Bolt's technique shouldn't be copied. Imo he has some of the best running technique in history, at least for his body type
Yes I know
@@youfellforthebait2555I know right amazing
@@youfellforthebait2555yup
His name is Bolt ⚡ it was meant to be 😂
bro ik it was destined hahaha
People don’t understand run culture in Jamaica. Running in Jamaica is like apple pie in America.
running is healthy and apple pie is unhealthy
@@MrBubblesTheMonkeyexactly just like the country
jamaica = sprinting
apple pie is German
So true. When I was at primary school (very small space) and we got break time we would lineup and just race every day, unsupervised😅
The best of all time. Nobody will impress me more than him.
Same 4 me😉😀
Because he moved faster then the people he was up against
you right mf
He held his top speed for longer. Watch the races. Check out the 10 meter splits.
I love how your video starts with an answer to the question you didn't finish at the end 😂👌 Gold
wait what does that mean
@@oxenathletics the video ends with "you can answer the question of.." but it begins with "why was Bolt so good?"
It's a perfect loop
@@TheDYNAMITE001 oh sorry I thought there was something wrong with the format hahaha. I was gonna ask for some criticism, but I appreciate it nonetheless!
Why he was so good?
HARD WORK ✔️
9 Olympic Gold Medals*🏅
One of his 4x100s was redacted
@@omithehomi8568may I ask why?

@@efisgpryeah. because Carl Lewis was absolutely clean. joker
He is the Goat!
Being tall is not the complete formula because you still need as you said a CRAP TON of leg strength.
The one time Usain got a really great start was in the 200m World Record in Berlin.
He was excellent!❤
Bolt was the type of a guy, who would annihilate the competition and would then emote on them,
Fucking Legend🐐👑
It would of been 9 Olympic gold medals but his teammate in the 2008 relay tested positive for banned substances and Bolt had to return his gold...
one thing I've always wondered is if he really was completely clean or his substance use was just never caught. I really believe the former but its still interesting
It doesn’t really matter, because so many of them are already doping a lot of them have to do it to even be able to compete. I’m not sure if it’s as bad a Olympic weightlifting or cycling but if you’ve ever seen the Icarus documentary you know how deep doping goes and how hard they work in conjunction with doctors to not get caught.
I've never heard of that documentary I'll definitely check it out tho now thanks@@DaSpaceJammer
Should have been 0 medals.
You know he isnt clean.

Trust me bolt isn’t slow out of the blocks 😂
I could take him
@@oxenathletics absolutely 👍
@@conorsmith-calonico7688Fr his 60 meter split in his 9.58 was 6.31 which is the second fastest 60 ever 😭
fr like example :when he ran the 19.19 200m world record mf shot out the blocks so fast i was shocked....
His start wasn't good as gatlin or blake but after 50 M he accelerates like 🌝cheetah
🔥
Make a video on BOLT ⚡ workout
Even the clouds new he would be a star. Lightening bolt⚡️
I hoped he would run more often the 400m like he did as a teen.
I'm honestly more glad he stuck to the shorter distances. I feel like he wouldn't have the popularity or influence without the 100m
@@oxenathletics Definitly but i would loved it if he had run the 400 too. He probably would have accomplished another world record.
Because he was fast
Because hes Jamaican.
The 4-5 less steps is crazy 🤯 The creation of God is crazy 🙌🏾
If his height is such a great advantage, why don’t we have more over 6 foot champs.
It's pretty well known that bolt isn't the hardest worker. Of course he puts in effort but the reason why he is as good as he is is pure natural talent. He is probably one of the least hard working gold medalists ever, still a hard worker but not insanely dedicated. He's known for partying a lot and not sticking to his diet/workout regime.
True. Sprint training is argue is easy compared to longer distances as well. As an ex sprinter I loved training. But I could never do what the longer distances have to do.
He was borned Blessed with his talent much Blessings to him and to the parents, who raised and nurtured him his coach who saw his ability at high school and helped him get into athletics and all those who helped him along the way also his professional coach.
USAIN BOLT, THE FLYING SPIDER. 🕷❤💯💥👍👏🤜🤛👊✊️🦵🦵💪
THE FASTEST....
guow 😱😱😱😱
🔥💪
Genetic advantage
If Bolt used Gatlins technique he would have made it 9s
You can’t just completely adapt someone’s biomechanics to sprint like someone else bro haha
@@madams989 Nah I'm just saying
I agree Gatlin's legs speed with that bounding-technique is insane
womp womp bolt's coach
He is not the best ever ,his the greatest ❤
You’ve covered them all 👍
Bolt ❤❤
Competitions should be held in same features of height. It's a no brainier. Not taking away from his accomplishments in anyway though.
Real reason : he's Jamaican
There were three track legends that were ordinary out of the blocks. Carl Lewis, Bolt, and now Lyles. Unmatched top speed.
My Filipino friends call him insane Bolt because he’s so fast😂
He also has scoliosis! This is why his stride looks atypical, as he has to account for one leg being longer than the other. It also means if his spine were straight he’d be even taller.
Why does you Guys Think he worked hard😂 when he was Young he skipped training to play video games. But when he become older he starts become committed to Mills 3 years plan and after that he become the goat of sprint. Fun fact at OL in Beijing 2008 he ate 1000 nuggets😂
Asafa Powell has likely one of the best builds and definitely the beat technique of any sprinter out there… being tall gives a high potential but you need the rest of your body to be perfect
He was using his body at the best
It's about talent, work and 💉
When did he ever juice??? He doesn't have one doping violation...
Only top 10 sprinter to never get busted I believe…
It’s mostly his height and strength to weight ratio of his frame and stride rate
It’s unheard of for someone that tall
See what he did before every race. Total faith in the lord. Thats the difference.
He had the best Juice.
People forget he had scoliosis
It's the long leggs with wider strides.
I said that. He’s slow out of the blocks but then it’s like he gets a burst of energy and takes off
usain bolt is not slow out of the blocks 🤦♂️. don't talk about things you're not educated on
@@youfellforthebait2555 🤫🤫
The Trelawny Yam
It was nur the german luft 👍
He should join MMA because his legs could kill.
He's crazy
Did he say he covers 9 and 1/2 feet with each stride???........WTF!!!.......Oh,he said almost, which is still insane.
Genes
I mean bem Johnson was pretty dam close especially considering the tracks were slower back than and the training techniques so on have developed. If it was Ben vs Usain in modern times it's tuff to say who would win.
Fun fact he ate 100 chicken nuggets
wow 🥰
9 Olympic gold medals
Eight, one of his relay medals was stripped due to a failed drug test by Nesta Carter.
"but with a little bit of tweaking..."
Nice loop
He is used his gift from ALMIGHTY GOD. He worked on it, honed it and there you have it!
That explain why he doesn't look fast when running
Got me confused as hell
I’m gonna say this only one time. Usain Bolt yes he does his training, yes he probably eats right/ trains right. But Usain “ Lightening” Bolt said it out of his mouth himself; “ GOD made me Fast so I can beat everyone. And that’s what I’m gonna do”!
That’s not cocky, not boastful , not proud. Its GOD!
Super great
Just 20% body structure helped him and other all of his hard work
With that height many will pursue sport like basketball. Luckily he didn't.
It’s only cuz he never versed me 😅
Idk about him unleashing 1000 lbs of force on the ground 💀 y’all TH-cam shorts channels just like to make up shit an talk out of yer ass😂
Wikipedia 💀
aint nothing wrong with it you stuck in the middle school bs
I'm guessing his PEDs were just better than the others.
Simply because people thought the answer layed in his height and stride length which PLAYED a part but the real snswer was hid turn over bolt had the turn over of what u would call your average height sprinter a turn over guys his height dont have or find hard to reach
The Story Of Usain Bolt
He was born with athletic parents and his dad worked normal and his mum worked at a grocery store which he bought yam 🍠 to make him strong for his body to also be healthy.
Yam 🍠
Yam is one of the best strength fruits and he almost ate healthy food before training
Until.....
He finally went to the Olympics 🤸♀️🥇🏆 he got the 1ST medal 🏅 lucky

100m record 9.58.... 9.58*4=38.32. for 400m
but 400m relay record 36.84...how????🥲... somebody covers 100m less than 9.58...?
in relay you start running before reaching your 100m start, so you skip drive phase and you start running almost your top speed
Yes. In relay you get a running start, many people have covered 100m in under 9.58 seconds in 100m relay.
It’s the 100m relay..
4*100m
@@madams989no the 4x1 is called the 400 relay
Usain Bolt dominated the sprints for 8 years and fell off after the drug testing got tougher.
So why Ryan Bailey isn’t in the top 5 fastest at 6 foot 3
could be a whole list of reasons being tall doesn't = speed
@@oxenathleticsstrike foot times in ground and height both in balance manner makes fast
If only he could have a good start, he would be faster he was and be the fastest ever for many years from his retirement
Because in jamaica, you jamai"can"
Dude, imagine bolt with proper technique and a fast get off 😟
Did this mf say he hits the ground with 1,000 pounds of force😭
He does
Why was Usain Bolt so good?
Maybe cuz hes so fast?

Doping! Wenn jemand 2008 10,08 sec die 100m läuft, und 2009 9,59sec , also 0,5sek schneller, dann ist das zuviel, absolut unnormal wenn man mit Doping nicht nachhilft.
