my ubisoft account got hacked and stolen on playstation however i have regained access to the steam account which has rainbow six seige, if i create a new account ubisoft account and link it to my steam account will my progress transfer into my new account?
Cant launch anything in steam ubisoft related it says purchase when I’ve already purchased it on ubisoft
Yeah he didn't clarify it, but ubisoft expects you to buy the game again on steam
Buy games from steam, then put it on Ubisoft. Doing the opposite way may lead to this sadly 😢

@@F3rixxGaming you originally logged in with a different account. the game is now assigned to that account. you need to log in that account from ubisoft connect. its cancerous like everything ubisoft has ever done.

Hey, im trying to link my ps4 account to pc because i bought the crew 2 on pc and want to play it with my ps4 account. I can login to my ps4 ubisoft connect account from a browser but i cannot in the app. What should i do? Ive now made a new account to play the crew 2 but it would be really nice to play with my ps4 account on pc.

If you link your account in steam and you bought a game from ubisoft connect, does buying season pass through steam go through the ubi game?
I follow all your setp and try to run the anno 1800 from the steam, and it pop out "Activate a key Please enter your CD Key or Activation Code here"

My Ubisoft says this version of Ubisoft connect is not compatible with your operating system. Click OK to download an older version of Ubisoft connect. Then it makes me download uplay installer but idk how to open it up so pls help
If you right click on uplay and select run as administrator that should fix it ☺️

I bought AC Origins on Steam last week. When I launched the game from Steam, it popped a message saying this will bind the game to my Ubisoft Connect email address, so I confirmed it. Then it said there is a problem authenticating ownership of the product. Do you know how to fix this issue? I have raised it up with Ubisoft and they simply haven't bothered to respond to my case yet.
I am also facing this shit problem can you get the solution?
