Used to have thai massages on a regular basis. The first time was pretty painful to beginning, because my muscles were pretty "messed up" as the lady said. But when you go there every four weeks or so, it'll help keeping you flexible and relaxed. After a few sessions this felt more like a treat to me and i were able to deeply relax and fell into sleep 😅 Of course you have to find the right salon for you, each of them is different. But it's 100% worth time and money for having a rare bit of quality time for yourself or as a couple, when they're offering it.
This is oddly satisfying to watch. Thai massages seem to be on a different level. The more you do it, the more you realize just how much your body needs to rejuvenate and possibly even cleanse itself of toxicity every once in a while.
I just had intense physical therapy for weeks and some of what she is doing were done to me, the thing is they are both painful and very satisfying, the pain is not bad pain but satisfying pain like what you need.
Thai massages are amazing. They look scary but they are incredible. The intense pressure forces blood to refresh all the muscles and the stretching is great for tendons. 5:54 thought she was about to him into a sharpshooter from wrestling lmao
For real, Thai Massage looks like torture, but feels great. 1st time i got one, it loosened me up so thoroughly, it changed the way i walked for the better. Literally my gait was altered. I had to relearn to walk for the next few minutes. My limbs moves with so much ease
wait until you try the chinese acupressure massage, thats a real (and different kind of) torture
That thumbnail is gold

The world is a beautiful place. See how homely these Thais are.
Hey Xiaoman - Have you ever tried learning Swiss German before? It sounds quite different than "regular" German. If you wanted someone to teach you, let me know! I would love to help out!
I love how two therapists doing the training on you. 🤣 Thank you for an awesome video. You’ve got to love Thai massage 👍✅😁
I can relate. I sit all day and I did the cobra stretch one time and the relief was insane and i felt a few tears. My only regret is that I didn't hold it in until I'm 40 and then go to a professional for chronic pain. The relief on that would be so good.
i need this
Keep making the world a smaller place!!! ❤
Don’t you mean a “ bigger place” 😮
No... The more we share, the smaller it feels.
@@WilliamHayIVYou’re like Willy Wonka with your knowledge
happy baby ! haha love the vid man!
For back pain... I would check out some nice channels, like tone and tighten, or calisthenics movement. Really helped me get over some back pain.
Got these about once a month, back when i was wrestling in high school. The good hurt is real.
Looks intense, but I really could go for a massage like that. Had to go to the ER to check on my lower back and legs because I literally could not get up from laying down. Almost done taking my inflammation prescription, but a massage sounds nice right about now.
It used to be go to Thailand and get 2 hours for the first 3 days! You feel amazing…but maybe I need twice a day for the first three days and for the first 7 days 2hours per day…
❤️🤣 *Xiaomanyc would survive any prison torture camp in the world.*
