Just sold my 1999 ValkyrieTourer for the same reason you love your Shadow, The year is 2012 and I wanted a modern motorcycle wghich also excludes a Rocket III. The Rocket III Tourer is no more than a detuned standard, still a cruiser with hard bags.

@rsjon93 At a certain molecular scale, perhaps '2-cycle' performs a metabolic function. When we inhale, I guess that is not a 2-stroke process. Anyway, I think you guessed my comment about the GT750 was a joke.

i find the passenger sits so high up , there is no wind protection and it makes the bike more tippy than it already is .

Hi, I'd just got mine yesterday a 2012 GTL with 23000km and the gear box behave like kerrrlonk,,,,,,kerrlonk and is quite loud, Is this normal or a worn gear box

This engine is a copy of the GT 750 X 2 . In 2012 Suzuki will make a sport tourer with a 6 cyl 2-stroke. It will produce a massive 300 bhp at idle. Truckers, beware !
