Best mama ❤️ and sweetest kiddos, so glad her skin cleared up nicely. Hopefully you will figure out what triggers it with the elimination diet you are doing. I had a similar thing and for me it wasn't what I was eating but the cleaning agents I was exposed to. Try to be mindful of what you use and change that up too and see if it makes a difference. Laundry detergent, surface cleaners, etc...🙏🙏 prayers that the trigger is identified soon so she can be comfortable and not itch.
Also do some research on your own/ask doctor about Emu oil instead of cortisone cream. It is anti-inflammatory and might not have the same side effects such as skin thinning, etc...but check with the doctor just to be on the safe side. All the best.

Yes I know of two teenagers who tried committing suicide. Suicide thoughts is one of the many side effects. I am married to a paramedic so that's how I know...
It can cause permanent depressive effects mentally. It's a scary drug.

With your avo and egg you should add some arugula with a dressing of a little apple cider vinegar mixed with olive oil, Dijon mustard and pure maple syrup dressing. Sooooo good for stabilising blood sugar for the rest of the day and the fibre is great for digestion and it just fills me up more than just the egg and avocado as it requires more chewing so gets the digestive enzymes going x

At walmart I always see carts prepared for delivery with frozen food getting unfrozen while waiting for the shopper to take them to you. So yeah the service is amazing I use it too, but avoid frozen food. It’s stays outside of the freezer for hours before they get to you.

Whole 30 is the best way to find out what tatums rash is from. I did it and discovered I get itchy any time I have rosemary.
My son struggled with eczema as a baby too. We started noticing other things as well as he got older that would trigger the outbreaks. He was eventually diagnosed with a Histamine Intolerance. It's a little complex but may be worth mentioning to your doctor! I feel for ya, it was frustrating for a long time.

My son had terrible eczema, while we used a steroid cream at first I refused to continue to use a steroid on him. I made an oil rub for him with just carrot oil and fractionated coconut oil. That kept it at bay until he grew out of it and no longer suffered from it.

@@tarahenderson I have super curly hair naturally and when i was her age my mom just used a leave in conditioner spray and scrunched it while it’s soaked with water as i got older i started to use herbal essence curl moose and a gel with a curl cream!! her hair is gorgeous! Not sure if you already know but just letting you know don’t brush it while its dry or it will be super frizzy!
