When you fix the orange chicken, add a good pour of the sriracha and roasted garlic bbq sauce to the pan, once the chicken is done cooking and simmer just a couple of minutes longer until heated through. It takes it to a whole new level! So delicious.
I’m currently breastfeeding my 3.5 week old after being unsuccessful with her older sister. She stopped latching after the first month. My newborn is cluster feeding like crazy after losing a good chunk of her birth weight due to a bad latch. Watching you be so real about nursing Grayson has been so comforting for me. I love watching your videos during the night feedings.

Buy some nursing tanks to wear under you t shirts and then you can just pull up your shirts and feed him because your tank will keep you covered.

I had recently read an article on breast milk.If you pump in morning and save you should label it am.milk and then evening pm.milk bc your body produces different antibodies and hormones like night milk has naturally more melatonin.
Grayson is getting so big!! I love how he smiles and coo's for Adam, that has to make him feel so good. It's wonderful how he is training the dog as well, it will be much easier on your family all the way around. I wish you had told us how the lactation specialist was and how your nursing is coming around. Tara! Ive been vegan for 3 years and trust me it was hard to cut dairy. Here’s some suggestions that are SO good to help hold you over:
*Chao cheese ( for grilled cheese sandwiches OMG) You can find those slices in walmart or whole foods
*Violife mozzarella shreds for pizza- whole foods
*So Delicious coconut yogurt- SUPER yummy almost tastes like dessert. Find them at walmart or whole foods. I hope this helps you and your sweet boy! 💖

Tara, when you are nursing make sure you are leaning back! I only say this because I have nursed 5 babies (6 in March) and I’m a registered lactation consultant and a midwife!
Emma Miller whenever I lean back he pops off, it’s so frustrating. My LC tried helping us with that too and she witnessed first hand how he doesn’t like that position for whatever reason. :/

Tara you should check out Latched Mama for nursing friendly clothing. They are very budget friendly and are super comfortable. I'm no longer breastfeeding but I wish I could just keep wearing them!!

I love that Trader Joe's, when I moved here before my husband, I went with my 4 kids in tow & one of the ladies could tell I was just so burnt out. When she finished checking me out, she said hold on a sec & ran & grabbed me a bouquet of flowers. Now I work there & honestly the people are awesome & make it what it is! Just don't go on a Sunday...its a madhouse lol
Greyson is soo adorable im sure youve heard that like a million times. You also look great bcuz you have been eating healthier n higher quality food. There is a baby lounger that props the bb up to a degree (you can find on amazon) that helps w. relux. i used it w. my 2nd born and also gripe water but im sure you have already tried that option b4 medication.

For recess we do cheese sticks yougurt and fruit and switch some stuff out and for lunch we do sandwiches bread rolls and left overs again switch it up fruit cups and more fruit hahah cut up fresh vegetables sticks are good too and just water for the drinks and for on fridays if they are good lunch orders
