Thank you Anna. I am so grateful for these videos during this extremely difficult and tumultuous time. My husband and is an essential worker and is in danger of exposure every day. Because of health issues my son and I have, he quarantines from us when he comes home. This means my little boy often cannot touch his father for weeks on end due to his schedule and how the quarantine overlaps. I struggle daily with worry that the carelessness and belief systems of others will endanger my sweet, kind, wonderful husband. I try to let go of what I cannot control. But it is daily pain. Thank you for being a place of light and calm I can come to to help center my heart and mind.

I think I needed this to put together how our hearts can go on tangents for anger, fear, sadness, guilt, pride, hurt, etc. The One said paraphrase - The heart is treacherous; who can know it. I think all of our interactions are so complex: continuum extremes of insecurity/complete safety; fear/complete confidence; hurt/complete ease; needs/complete fullness and others I cannot think of. All our continuums are usually moving to different points all the time, creating many different emotions affecting our feelings, words, and actions. Wow; at the same time, everyone else is going through the same very crazy process of those same continuums creating very different results of interactions between ourselves and others. So those interactions can produce infinite degrees of feelings, words, and actions from both or multiple parties. I guess we learn life and feelings are so complex, we as humans cannot grasp it all. I think that is why the One gave us some paths such as - love never fails; or even in your bed, don't say a bad word even about a king; or love your enemy; or return evil for evil to no one. I am sure I am missing some. I believe the One provided us with a kind of guide to help protect us from ourselves. The One did give us a kind of general demeanor I think to help us create a more safe atmosphere for our hearts. The One mentioned having fruitage from our hope in that One (perhaps a having that confidence in that one to right everything) - with the fruitages of kindness, goodness, love, joy, peace, patience, faith, and self-control. Perhaps all of those are necessary to help us at least attempt to more delicately navigate our feelings, words, and actions.
