Anna, I really appreciate you calm, slow voice which made this video very comforting because this is a rather difficult Chakra for me because I have Interstitial Cystitis in my bladder walls and I have spells of severe bowel issues, so this area of the belly can feel physically painful. However, I really liked it when you encouraged us ( "if we feel called to") put one hand on the Sacral and the other on the back as well as one on the Sacral and one "hovering over the neck". Even though I have a very bad upper and lower back, this did help me balance the physical pain leveIs. I am blessed in one way, I have the most kind, sweetest, caring Boyfriend:)!!!! I thank God for his love for me:)!!!! And I love my Boyfriend:)!!! I consider myself to be creative because I like to write poetry, paint, color, and take photos of my Teddy Bear and Doll Collection:)!! Being honest, I haven't finished this video. Im finding it very hard to process the emotions that this video stirs up. I know thats what its supposed to do, but ill need another attempt to listen to the video and face my demons one at a time. I also struggle with the guilt of self care. I have a large family and I have a very hard time putting myself before them for anything. Perhaps a warm bath and a glass of wine..or dark chocolate and a good book. I promise I will finish thw video and deal with the difficult things that arise. That said I think this is probably the most effective distance Reiki session I've come across in the 4 years since I discovered asmr. Thank you Anna🧡
work the root first. that happens when your root isn't strengthened enough to handle the sacral discharges. working out, spending time in nature, feeling your feat, listening to steady-beat music, red apples, apple tea. Sitting cross legged with your thumb and index touching and meditating also works the root. Contracting the pelvic floor also helps a lot. Steady habits and routines also help. Hope it helps!

I overworked myself 6 years ago, to the point of burnout. Objectives became skewed by hypervigilence brought on by insomnia. I disconnected from everyone and everything, including myself. I didn't understand my emotions and so I turned to substances, pharma etc as I understood how they made me feel. That then leads to further disconnect from others and self. Moved back to Ireland, reconnected with nature and still I haven't put myself back together completely. Synchronicity overload in this video is off the chart, you mentioned so many identifiable things. You're amazingly in tune with the collective. Awesome job Angel Anna 😁 P.s. I'm not devoted to religious institutions, just to nature, but I recall, it was Jesus who said we should be more like children. Anyway, apologies for this monologue.
