Hey I have question . When I run my ac and not moving or in heavy traffic. My fairlane wants to try and run hot. What aluminum radiator and electric Fran comb do you recommend.
That's a million dollar question! Ford vintage Engines are some of the hardest to keep cool with A/C in the summer months. By me not having the Fairlane on the road yet. And having the past experience dealing with the A/C high temp on the Mustangs. I recommend a 3 row Aluminum Radiator with a Clutch Fan with at least 6- blades or a Electric Fan. I personally never cared for the looks of the Electric Fan. But that could be the best option. On my Fairlane I am aiming for the 3 row Aluminum Radiator not sure what brand. And at least 6 blade clutch Fan. I would love to put a push Fan in front of the A/C Condensor. But I don't think there is any room.
@dairleautoclassicrestorati6892 I added a 5 blade fixed fan it helped but just not enough it gets really muggy up here in va in the hills. I got a aluminum one with a upgraded fan and shroud. That should keep it cool
