Dodged a bullet with the landscape fabric, I thought for sure it would have been wrapped around the drum bad. It must have been deteriorated enough to not be a problem. Great job as always guys, you do top notch work!
I like how when you started mulching the holly trees you had a red and green mulch...you could have charged them for Christmas decorations. As always ya'll did another great job.

I agree with you about taking out the hollies. Makes you wonder what was going through the customers’ heads when they originally planted this stuff. Great Channel to watch. I have a question, have you or have you heard of anyone use the recon mulcher to get rid of a worn out lawn. Then come by back with a rake to clean up the mulch and roots, followed by top soil and new sod.
Ever thought about buying a harrow rake attachment for your skidsteer to till/uproot the ground? Rome makes them for your dozers to drag around there 24inch disk, 12inch goes in the ground
Hollys roots can do quite damage to foundation, plumbing whatever the roots get close to. I was thing when I was first saw them, they should have been planted well away from the building. They need to poison the holly stumps they will try to come back.

I agree I liked the hollies but they where a maintenance nightmare. On the other side where chainsawed all the bushes did you pull the stumps or was the contractor going to do that? Have a great week.

I like the looks of the holly trees, In NY they don't grow that good, they have holly but they look awful most of the time.
