Thanks for the videos and you are doing a great job. Learning a lot. Requesting you to do videos on CMS (cisco meeting server).

Hey thanks for your comment. I'm glad you mentioned CMS. We are working right now to create an complete CMS course. I'm not sure when it will be available, but we are working on it. Stay tuned!

Thanks for your good video. I found that MRA uses ports 5060 and 5061 , so if MRA is deployed. the Non Secure SIP Trunk Profile in CUCM for expressway SIP Trunk should use different ports such as 5071, however you can still use 5060 port from CUCM to expressway destination port. XD

That's a good point, and I probably should have explained that a little deeper. Later, when we do MRA, I'll definitely elaborate on this. Thanks for your comment!

Hello Sir,thanks for the video.I would like clarify something from you on the best design to deploy expressway for 5 clusters?
i am thinking of deploying a pair of Expressway c and e for the 5 clusters.I will create 5 neighbour zones in Expressway c for each cucm.
is it possible to deploy expressway c for each cucm cluster and create traverzal zone for each expressway c in a single expressway E?

    Amazing video!
Is there a reason why you did not add a pattern under the search rule mode? Basically using it as a catch all?
Also, is the first zone created always going to first allow the calls from expressway to CUCM and the second zone is going to allow the opposite direction, from CUCM to expressway?
Thank you and keep up the good work!

Hey thanks for your comment and questions. When I was configuring the search rule, I just wanted to make it quick and easy and without the need for deeper explanations, so that's why I didn't go into the mode. We'll go deeper into that eventually. As for your second question: Rules are searched by priority, and they always affect outbound, not inbound.

      Hello,
      Thank you for the reply.
      Understood about the search rule.
I guess I didnt form my second question properly. You said that neighbor zones are unidirectional. So in order to have two way communication between the C and CUCM we will need a second zone created. Correct?
If so, Does the first created zone in C always enable calls on the outbound direction from C perspective(C->CUCM)?
Hence, we will need a second neighbor zone in order to have calls from cucm to C?
      Thank you in advance!
