Its like every time I pull a new servant I really wasn't expecting to get, a new video on them comes up. Perfect. Timing.
And here I thought Tristan was just some harp happy knight. After Camelot it was hard for me to even want to pull him let alone use him. Hell, I would've burned him if I hadn't known about the effects of the gift. I held one hell of a grudge but I got a lot more respect for Sad Knight after this. 10/10

Man i love this channel with me being a history nerd, and sure while fate does change some things its still my favorite thing about the nasu verse
He skipped Camelot for being such a silly place only to die stupidly. I honestly didn't like Tristan for what he said to Artoria about not understanding the hearts of men when in Fgo interlude he goes on saying it was really because he himself didn't understand either (though the bit at the end where he gets thrashed by others is nice)

Tristan only said it in a binge. One of those things you say while your angry or in denial, only to regret your careless words. As you say, he himself truly did not meant to imply that their King was heartless. His words were basically taken out of context by the rebel knights to incite the civil war.

He is the last servant I summoned with the free 4 star ticket right before I dropped FGO. He was the last Knight of the Round left that I hadn't acquired but now that I know he abandoned Artoria I kinda don't want him...
