Literally just bought the KM-7 MKIII in Stealth Grey and have the Pegasus/Sentient combo being installed. This video has me very impatient. Sound amazing.
I have those and I put them through a Blackstar HT5 but I can't seem to get enough gain somehow, any Idea how I could remedy this? could it be an amp thing? (I cant really crank it all the way up cause neighbors)
@@siircodyy thanks for the advice man, I was thinking of doing just that, it's weird though cause my other guitar with a SD fullshred really screams with the same setting, and it's also a medium output pickup like the Pegasus which sounds a bit restrained in comparison
A late comment but how do these pickups stack up against the fisherman's that are stock in the km7 MK2, I have it myself and I'm sick of using batteries
@@fwakoff88 the 5150 is being used just like it would actually be used with a real cab. I'm just plugging the cab section of the evh into the Torpedo live. Then you run everything else in front of the amp. Torpedo just goes in place of a physical cabinet. Everything stays the same effects wise.

I had an Aftermath in a PRS & I didn't like it much. Although I didn't really like any pickup I put in that guitar.. haha

Get yourself an overdrive like an Ibanez ts9 or an EarthQuaker plumes & boost it.
