Can't find all in a place. some from BBSM and some from local market.

While cooking tofu for the first time, it was too sour.Second time I boiled it before cooking, still sourness did not go away.Maybe you have got some tips for that too.
You can find fermented or pickled tofu in some places.If it's non of them, that tofu might have spoiled.Cause it have very short expiry duration.
