सजिलो मीठो चिकेन थुक्पा || How to make Thukpa || Tibetan Noodle Soup || Chicken Thukpa Nepali style

येसरी बनाउनुहोस चिकेन थुक्पा सारै मीठो हुन्छ: -
1 liter water
1 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 lb thukpa noodles
Apply the oil on top of the noodles
Add 2 tbsp oil
Add 1 lb boneless chicken
4 garlic cloves sliced
Small sized ginger sliced
3 green chilies sliced
Add small sized onion sliced
Add green and red bell peppers sliced
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt as per the taste
Add 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes
Add 1 cup cabbage sliced
2 cups water or Chicken stock
½ tsp crushed Sichuan pepper (timur)
2 tsp soy sauce
½ lime juice
Add chopped cilantro
Add 1 tsp black pepper powder
Garnish with chopped spring onion
Clear Chicken soup or Chicken stock
Add 1 tbsp hog plum powder (lapsi ko dhulo)
Salt as per the taste
Add 1 tbsp butter
ENJOY

It’s best to chicken out then sauté ginger garlic , then add onion n m mix pepper then spices and tomato let it cook while then add capsicum and cabbage ,then add warm water let boil and finall add noodles and chicken
Guess this must be procedure but your one is also good
