You know if it would be remastered that we wouldn't get nearly as much content as the original. Like we would get maybe 1-2 extra outfits for the Charakters
You need to find special items in various difficulties in each level to unlock the file 2 costumes, BUT I've never found a guide that specifically focuses on sp items that unlock costumes...

It's not easy, for every male character you have to find specific special items, however for the female characters you can unlock one of their two new costumes by beating a mini game, elimination or Showdown. It took me a couple of months but I did eventually managed to unlock every one of Cindy's costumes, it's not easy but it is worth it.
