You should have fished those areas back in the sixties, seventies, and eighties like I did. A great northern largemouth bass fishery back before tournament fishing began. People today have no idea how great that fishery was back in the day.
Is East lake mostly freshwater? I live on the outer banks I pretty much only bass fish I’ve always wondered if I could crank some bass in East lake or south lake?

That looks like Second Creek. A place I have fished many times.
