I could have sworn the guy said 5 egg omelet twice but guy fried it instead so it seems he got him to scramble them instead of having five individual eggs.

That breakfast was only £3.24 yet in Ireland that's €12.50 easily that's crazy. Sure last time it cost over €20 for me an my missus for basically the same breakfast

I envy the workers here. There's literally one place I my city where you can get a full English breakfast, and they don't have the triangle hash browns, and their black pudding is the size of orero cookies, and is often completely overcooked.

I'm a fan that not only loves breakfast over lunch or dinner, but loves watching breakfast being made. The pic of this Waffle House closed down but there quite a few that still exist but too far from where I live. One of the best places to watch the cooks making breakfasts while at the dining bar. I do love watching you do your thing!! Thank you. Eggs, hashbrowns, bacon...Oh my, waffles, pancakes, sausage...oh my. My usual was, cheese omelet with WH chili on top. The omelet, 2 eggs in their milkshake mixer for a minute or so for fluffy omelet, mmm, hashbrowns, toast, sometimes bacon on the side and/or Chocolate Chip waffle and coffee. Always coffee with the breakfast. For any lunch or dinner it would be soda but coffee always with eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, etc. Oh myyy

Chef/knife steels don't actually really work to sharpen a knife. All they do is straighten the burr but a correctly sharpened knife shouldn't have a burr on it anyway.
