In this case a macro will do the keypresses you need automatically. You tell your keyboard what to press and it will do the job. I have a keyboard where you can program a macro, then you press one key and everything will be done automatically (turning in circle and pressing use all the time). it said "Await me in the life that follows this one", and the only place in the game (that i know of) that looks like that pure white room, is out the window, could there be somthing out that window on the playthrough following that encounter? just speculating, and i dont want to play the baby/puppy game for 4 hours to test for myself hahah
Alright, I believe I've found something that no one ever mentioned before. I decided to go through the sound files and I found two that do not appear anywhere in the game. You might want to take a look at them. Here's the location YOUR_GAME_FOLDER\thestanleyparable arrator\BW_1.wav and BW_3.wav. I don't know who is the guy talking and what ending he is talking about in BW_3.wav or what game he mentiones in BW_1.wav. Maybe you'll find out more.

You could physically spin around for 4 hours pressing both buttons , or you could make an auto-hotkey script to do it for you :)
There's a console command for both the baby game and the puppy game to play by themselves.
