Do you have an issue magnetizing the nozzle tip? I tried this with a ring magnet and 0603 & smaller resistors clung to the nozzle without vacuum. I'm not sure if this will be an issue picking parts from a tape if for example the magnetic transfer picks up a resistor from the tape and tends to flip it over on on an edge. I may experiment more.
