No demolitions can or should be carried out without notice and considering the reply to the notice and first giving opportunity to the owner/possessor to himself demolish. Also no house or residence (shed etc.) of any person be demolished without first allotting him a comfortable and acceptable alternative accommodation. Bulldozer justice is to be decried severely and let us wait for the Supreme Court guidelines on this aspect. No demolition should be carried out without a court order to that extent.
