Oh, Laura! Beautiful card! Great idea to ink blend on the elements. Just the sound of your upbeat cheerful voice makes my day!
Absolutely beautiful - the vivacity of the blended colours on the white base really makes a statement :-)
I have this set WITH the dies, and have been eyeing the NEW More Spring Flowers with dies set, or More Flowers--you know what I mean... LOVE these sets with the interspersed stitching on them. But had I not seen your card, I probably wouldn't have given the set a second look when I first watched this tutorial. I think that your bright colors alone are uplifting, and the promise of prayers with your hugs is such a comfort. I too love these sentiments. LOVE Simon Says Stamp stamps and dies!!! I'm a true fan!
Laura, you crack me up! You are too funny AND.... your cards are always beautiful. I love to watch your tutorials and to listen to you cuz your funny. Thanks for the tutorial. 😊
Waiting for my order for both stamp sets and my Tombow markers! I can't wait!! The anticipation is killing me to wait!
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful card!! Love the colors and totally love this stamp set. I am so with you Laura...total procrastinator...lol!! Can't help it.
Absolutely gorgeous, I look forward to all your creations
Beautiful card, I agree the colors you chose are just right for a sympathy card. Colors help cheer people up and have healing abilities, that is why children s hospitals are colorful, (and maybe adult hospitals should follow suit) . I also quiet enjoy how honest you are in your videos lol and I can relate to the last minute thing also.
Just beautiful. I like the bright colors for a sympathy card.
What a gorgeous card!

fabulouse card, fabulous stampset! love it
This card would definitely cheer me up, it's beautiful. I need to practice my ink blending, I totally suck at it.
Laura, you are right - it's ok to use bright colors on sympathy cards. At least I feel that way too. Why? The person we send it too is probably already pretty sad, so sending a card with muted colors which screams sad isn't really cheering them up, then, right? So, I like to send cards with lots of color and maybe even an image that elicits a smile. I always put a heart-felt message on the inside, but so far all the recipients of such cards have told me how much they loved the idea because it gave them at least a moment of happiness during a difficult time :) Oh, and your card - gorgeous, beautiful, uplifting ... just like you
Very nice. Will have to try this. Thank you.

Very beautiful.THANK YOU
I have the same problem in the winter and always run out of light. It's a pain! We need to move somewhere with longer days 😂
Nice!
I know that this video was posted 7 yrs ago but I just tried to make this card. I cannot figure out how you get the outline of the flower when inked to stay white? I bought all the correct supplies that were posted. When I ink the flowers with clear ink when I use clear emboss powder I cannot get the white to come through on the paper….what am I doing wrong?? Thanks! Hope I get a response?
Did you notice that right after she ink blended an embossed image she wiped it off with a tissue? That's important to do while it's wet so that any ink that clouds the embossed part can be removed so the white paper shows through. Hope that helps!
It looks like watercolor, but it's not, gorgeous card
Love it!
