    hi, so i am watching your video today.. as planning to purchase new Kushaq in red color.. how is red color for long run ?

      @bablislifetube  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Our Kushaq has completed 2 years and 8 months. No problem whatsoever with the red colour. In fact, the red colour looks magnificent in green jungles, brown deserts and grey mountains. We have been to various places and the colour indeed looks great in all the surroundings.

      Yes. 1.5 litre engine is good enough to provide cooling in hot Indian summers. 👍

    I am a VW Polo 1.5 diesel owner and I am waiting for VW/Skoda to launch a full plug-in hybrid vehicle with the 1.5 TSI engine with cylinder deactivation. This will fullfill our needs of mileage + performance as well as minimal maintenance along with Skoda/vW build quality.

    what is the tire pressure do u maintain , i am new owner of kushaq 1.0 active and i am quite confuse of tire pressure , the sticker on door says 41 in front and 48 in rear if 5 people with luggage , could u reply plz

    • @bablislifetube
      @bablislifetube  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The manufacturers in general recommend the pressure on the higher side. And it gives a bumpy ride. For normal day today use, I keep 33-34 psi in all the tyres. For 5 people with luggage, 36 in front and 38-39 for rear should suffice (it is fine for heavier 1.5 DSG, so it will not be a problem for 1 L). But being the driver, you have to decide the pressure which gives you the most comfortable drive. Also check with your agency. And it depends on the luggage as well!!

    Brother...Can you tell me the maintaince cost(includes oil change +some times spares like brake shoes+ wheel aglinment) i mean cost of annual maintaince/per 10k kms for this 1.5tsi engine??

    • @bablislifetube
      @bablislifetube  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There has been no need for brake shoes change or any other significant maintenance. Over the past two years, I had to change one tyre because the earlier one had gotten damaged due to an embedded screw. Oil change, wheel alignment (although alignment can be done from any good local tyre shop), battery check, and other regular maintenance should not cost you more than Rs 5k per 10k km. I had given the car for service after 1 year (about 11000 kms), and had paid approx 7000 Rs, which included anti-rat coating etc. All the companies charge a high price to cover labour cost, so there is no need to go for wheel alignment and regular maintenance. For annual checkup, including oil change, one can go to the Skoda authorized service center and get the things done in less than 5k Rs. 👍👍

    Hello, thanks for informative video. I am also thinking of buying Kushaq 1.0.
    Could you help me:
    1. How is comfort at back seat for 3 adults in Kushaq for 200-300 kms long trip and short trips?

    • @bablislifetube
      @bablislifetube  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      For 3 healthy males, it can get crowded over long distances. However, it is not a problem for 250 odd kms or 4-5 hrs journeys. For normal sized people, the back seat is comfortable over long journeys as well.
      However, please look into the engine options. 1 litre can feel inadequate with 5 adults and AC running.
      All the best.

      It is mentioned in the videos on our channel.
      City - 11-12 kmpl
      Highway 16-20 kmpl (depending on driving speed etc). We extracted 20 kmpl while driving at 75 kmph in D6 gear. 👍

      @@bablislifetube thanks a lot. One last question : will you recommend other to buy Kushaq for 8-10 years use? I heard turbocharged engines have high maintenance

    • @bablislifetube
      @bablislifetube  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We plan to have the Kushaq for the next 10-12 years😊 (2 years complete). We have not faced any engine issues and we have driven the car in extreme heat of central India. Maintenance charges are similar to other cars in the segment. So, from our side it is a definite recommendation to go for Kushaq. However, please consult the 1 litre owners for engine performance. 1.5 doesn't have any issues that we know of. 1 litre feels insufficient in summers when you are traveling with 3-4 adults plus luggage. 👍

    Hi , can you suggest if 1l or 1.5l automatic best for mileage considering 70 percent city and 30 percent highway drive. Also occasional hill stations or outstation trips which is better ?

    • @bablislifetube
      @bablislifetube  ปีที่แล้ว

      I favour the 1.5 l engine. But you should also ask 1 l owners about their experience. I know some people who are driving 1 l Kushaq for quite some time and are happy with their machine. But in the hills, 1 l can feel inadequate.

      @@bablislifetubeLoved the trip and your review. I see you are close to complete 10000 KMs, Congratulations! as you would already complete before reading my comment. What mileage you used to get when you had driven around 2-3000Kms, My Kushaq 1.5 AT is 3 months old, I have a single digit average number. My trips are mix of 40 % Hills, 20% city and 40 % Highways.

    • @bablislifetube
      @bablislifetube  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@budgetNbeyond Thanks for watching the video and commenting. In our experience, the mileage has not changed. In the beginning also we were getting a similar efficiency. You can check that video on our channel. The reason for single digit mileage may be the fact that 60% of your driving is in hills and city. If you are getting 8-10 kmpl, I would say that is acceptable (in my opinion at least 😀) considering your driving conditions. On highway, I have extracted 20 kmpl at a cruise control speed of 75 kmph. 1.5 DSG is powerful and fun to drive. Happy driving 👍👍
