Thank you for the lovely video of your holiday, Helen. That seagull was a cheeky fellow. I'm glad you opened up and left it in the video. So many people have had the same experience, me included. I've got nothing from my parents except memories. It was lovely seeing the Festival.
Oh, Helen, I can see you have had another fab amazing weekend away!!! I am so pleased your Auntie reached out & sent you & your mum such a special parcel. I was watching breaking my heart. My family circumstances are similar to yours plus complications too and I could relate so much with what you were saying. Bless you, take care. Thanks for sharing xxx
My family love caravan holidays and we also bring quite a bit of food and snacks to save money! We even get excited when we first look round the caravan! I really live your little chats and how you show your emotions and feelings. I have a half used lipstick of my mums who has passed away and I often look st it and think my darling mums lips touched this ,my dad knew I loved cat ornaments and one day he told my sister he wanted to buy me some, he knew he didnt have long to live and it was a kind if goodbye present. I also have one if his jumpers and my mums dressing gown and if I was offered loads of money fir them I would say no way!! They give me comfort cos I know they touched my mum and dad.you all look so nice dressed to for your evenings outx
Hey Cecilia it saves so much money when you bring your own food eh those places over charge on food I think... it's wonderful that you have thoes things to comfort you it's definitely the simplest things that mean the most xx
Hey Helen, condolences to Danny on losing his uncle. I am a celebrant Helen, and I see many different types of families and its funny how different people deal with death in many different ways. I had tears and felt for your mum, what a lovely thing your Auntie did for you and your Mum, I'm sending you hugs. That bird Helen, was just too funny, I'm with you on that animals are so smart, our dog is just so smart too. Your holiday looked very special, enjoy these days XXX
Thank you through the sadness danny has reconnected with his auntie's which is a blessing I still cant get over that birds!! And yes time away with the family is what it's all about xx
Great vlog we had a seagull last year that tapped on our bedroom window every morning at 5am !! It went on for weeks ,we called him Stan . Looks like you had a good little holiday xx
Haha Julie I would not have been so impressed if the seagull was knocking at 5am!! He did come back at 7 am the next day tho and danny said "are you..... kidding me" hahaha he just wanted his breakfast haha xx
So glad you had a nice wee break Helen. Sorry to hear about Danny’s uncle, may he rest in perfect peace. Sending love to you and the gang ❤️. An old Irish blessing, that comforted me when I lost my Granny. I have this blessing placed on her grave. May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sunshine warm upon your face. May the rains fall upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of His hand. ☘️
The seagull though....cracked me up. Helen, you looked so pretty in your evening clothes and make up. Love to Danny, sorry for your loss. It's like seeing old friends watching your videos. I do enjoy them, reminds me of when my boys were little. We enjoyed caravan holidays too. xx
Sorry for your loss. Love the vlog. Love the Jack in the green parade.🌱💚🌿Loved Camrons reaction to the leather cuff price lol. His leggs are so long!!! Im only 5ft but my sons are very tall. Its like having two great danes in my house ha ha. Early May is all about fertility.......you never know😉
Hiya your trip away looked lovely and just what you needed after a rough week. You know it’s part of life and we appreciate your openness and sharing of your life with us. Grieving is a process I feel never ends really, it just becomes less painful as time goes on. I also feel it makes me appreciate the things i have got and not take anything for granted. Blessings to you and your family 🌻💖
hi helen, so sorry to hear of dannys loss, my he rest in peace. was touched to hear of your connection with your auntie, these things are so special and huge respect goes to her for sharing memories and keepsakes, it must have been hard. i lost my dad when i was only 21 and if there were to be a fire, it would be his stuff i would grab. hold on to your memoreis of him hun, no one can take them away. Glad you all had a wonderful holiday, many hugs . xx
I’ve always wanted to know how good the sun holidays are or even how you go about doing it. I’m not the best at these things 😂 guess I’ll have to google it so i can have something to look forward to when I’ve had my little girl. Also, I think it’s very brave to open up so much about your life. I admire that you are so real. I hope you are feeling more up-beat and have a lovely week 💗
Emily Hun join the Facebook group £9.50/£15 sun holidays all the codes get put up on there that's how I learned all about them they are 100% worth it xx
We just stayed In that exact same caravan but at Haggerston Castle ha ha that seagull! So funny. Love your holiday vlogs you always have such a lovely time, hope your feeling ok now xxxxx
I watch all your videos but never comment. I just wanted to say I am very sorry for your and Danny's loss. I'm glad you left that part in and I am glad you all were able to get away for the weekend. Thinking of you all..
I love Danny's new shirt. Funny, I noticed Danny was a bit quiet at the beginning of your vlog. I am sorry for his loss. I am thankful your Mom and you received some things that belonged to your Nan. Thank you for sharing the the Beltane/Jack in the Green festival.
Hugs to you and your mom. I am happy I was able to salvage a devotional from my dad's room after he passed. Otherwise I would not remember his handwriting, or have that to treasure. You are right, even a button can mean the world. Looks like you had a lovely time away as a family! Love to you xxx
What a clever gull! It’s so fascinating to observe the communication and incredible intelligence of some animals! I have a highly trained Assistance Dog to help me with lots of different things that I find difficult. He can even empty the washing machine for me, find my keys, remind me when I forget to take my medication and so much more. The most incredible thing about him is that he has a way of understanding exactly what I need even when I don’t ask him. He saw that I would reach for a tissue when I cried so started bringing one to me without being asked to! He even senses when I am going to be unwell and will alert me before it happens! He will tell me when I’m going to collapse and will bark for help if he can’t rouse me. Being with him 24/7 has taught me so much about dogs and the way they think and ‘talk’ to us. They really are so much more intelligent and complex than most people think. We just need to learn how to listen to them!
That is truly amazing that your dog can do so much for you and not only that their hearts are pure (when brought up right of course) but your dog does those things for nothing more than love what a blessing :)
It's so gratifying to see you and your family enjoying time together and taking a break from the daily hustle and bustle. I can't think of anything in the US that is equivalent to a caravan park such as this. We have caravan parks, but people buy their own and park them there indefinitely and go there on weekends and holidays.
Hey Karen thank you Hun that's exactly what it's about getting away we don't tend to rest up much but do t they say a change is as good as a rest haha what family holidays do you have in the US someone need to start up a holiday part there it would do amazing!! :)
@@WrightAtHome So nice to hear from you! Our kids are grown, but when they were still at home we would go South Carolina and spend a week at the beach. My parents treated the whole family (brothers, spouses, children) and we all stayed together in a 3 bed condo! Got crowded, but some really great memories! One year someone slept on a window seat! :) Greetings from PA, USA
Hey Sarah Hun he came back the next morning at 7am (which I forgot to mention in vlog) he didn't get more bread Danny just said a bad word... but I was still finding it the most impressive thing I've ever witnessed (I'm very easily pleased haha) xx
Looks like you had brilliant time I say the same it so nice to have a relaxing break but when I think about it we are in and out like yoyos but it's a break from daily life which isn't always fun ha and lovely what your aunty Mandy did for u and ur mum , I lost my mum last year and since then had to attend 3 funerals and like u say it just brings it all BK great vlog xx
Hey Claire yea when your away you don't even really get a brake your still just as busy but a change is as good as a rest or so they say haha I'm sorry for your losses Hun xx
Recently been there Helen strange things happen in family's when there's a bereavement I gate to say sometimes it brings out the worst in.people but I'm so glad your mum got something from her past xxx

@@WrightAtHome ok thank you and when will you be doing video of next trip as your video are really good to show what these holiday places are really like.
Ahh Danielle I love staffs I had one before Pixie (her name was baby) and I'm always saying how clever baby was compared to Pixie frechies are not particularly smart!! Haha xx
Helen I’m so sorry for your and Danny’s loss, in a way it must have been a good time to go away and spend time with the boys. How sweet of your auntie to send you those things, I wish I had more of my Nanny’s things. 💔 looks like you managed to have fun nonetheless, glad you had a little break. Xx
I knew there was something wrong, I was going to ask you but you then explained it, sorry for the loss! Hope your mum feels better now she has something from her mum. You're right about animals, they are so clever and intelligent, also loving they are so much better than a lot of humans!x
I agree about animals being clever. We have to spell things if we don't want our dog to know what we are saying. I can't ask my husband if he wants chips and our dog thinks we're going to the chip shop. I swear he learns a new word ever couple of months. You need to go on longer holidays. I agree about funerals that you think of people you have lost. I don't always go if i can get out of it since i lost my dad. xx
Brilliant weekend vlog guys looked like a great place to stay hope everything's ok Helen you seemed a bit not really yourself if you know what I mean not being noisy hun just hope your ok big hugs anyway love ya guys xxxx
