A short video of one of my Losi Aftershocks. Mostly stock except tuned pipe added and also added reverse to this one. I did not get the ramps out for this run but I will jump this bad boy in future videos.
I love this truck I got a lightening stadium I cant get engine running I've had it for longer but still look brand new both just engine on the lightening it got clay baseball diamond dust inside it n I sent it back to hpi n they rebuilt it I guess but it would never start after that but I want zo get engine for it to these things r a blast
Hi, Thanks for watching! There is a forum on FB for the LSTs and they often post stuff for sale. Lots of parts, etc. But also EBay, just search for part numbers and most of the times you’ll find stuff. I love this platform. I was giving my Aftershock a little refresher to get it ready for the year just the other night.
I have seen them for much cheaper but people are buying stuff up lately so prices might be up. It’s definitely a great truck but I’d wait for a LST 2 or XXL deal to come up if I were you and it’d probably go for real close to the same price.
The 26ss has been one of the hardest to tune for me as well. I just ran it last night and if I richen it bogs really bad and if I tune it so it runs good it gets hot. Just today I ordered some colder plugs. I ordered some OS No8 and some OS A5 plugs. That’s like a mid and a cold, I was running a hot plug. Once I get them I’ll report back and let you know if this was a solution for me. What tuning issues are you having?
Ed RC One of my biggest questions I have right now are is the M 26 motor and the M 26SS motor the same thing mine says I’m 26 with no SS. But also I’m a beginner to Nitro car so I really don’t know what I’m doing but as soon as I try to turn the screw and hit the gas it bogs immediately no matter what setting Im at. Or it idles really high then soon as I hit the gas and bogs right down
Try not to include the 'quarantine' bullshit. It's fake. Stay focused on things that are real...honest. Enjoy the truck! It's a blast everytime I get it out 😜👍👍
Cool man, I’m glad it hasn’t affected you. I’ve lost 1 Fam member to it. But yes it’s a controversial subject to many folk. I’m running 30% Nitro. This engine is such a PITA to tune. Since this video it’s running better by switching to a colder plug, but still not very happy with nailing a tune on it. I still run it often though 🤙🏼

Sure are. I’ve lost the filter off my models and have been lucky to not damage an engine yet.

I was running 20% Torco from Amazon. I've since switched to 25% bones brew, slightly more power

300$ ..!! In Canada I paid 450$ 5 years ago 😜. Hasn't let me down. Dependable.
