one thing to note is that the suspension is bad the offroad trails i do not reccomend unless you want to bottom out your suspension and the middle suspension ball looking thing doesnt do much at all for helping the front forks bottom out on every bump
Can’t get mine into MPH? Saw one vid about holding down the m button when turning key. But the P10 mode doesn’t go to 2 and it won’t change to mph from kph.
Mine also maxes out at about 18 and I also used a speedometer app, a little faster would have been nice but this thing is a range beast, im doing a range test soon but it looks like I should be able to get about 25 miles all throttle on a single charge

The first thing that i did was put the kick stand down to make it easier for assembly. My kick stand does not prop at a lean. It props where it will fall the opposite direction. was wondering if you had noticed it. I have not gone through every detail yet but since I was trying to prop it up, I was wondering if there is an adjustment that I have not figured out yet.
Yeah I had that issue when I first got it, the metal plate they use to attach it is fairly playable, if you just grab the kickstand when it’s down and pull towards you a little you can adjust where the end of the kickstand hits the ground, hope this helps
do you know how to replace the crank arm on this thing? mine fell off after only a couple of days of riding it and i don’t know what i need to do to reattach it
Having trouble with adujusting the bike handle bar when I align with wheel handle is slightly to the right of wheel try to align it but not able to get it straight any help would be appreciated
I have a similar issue on mine, you can try getting help from a 2nd person, unlock the handlebar height adjuster, one of you turn the handlebars to the side and the other person locks it in place, mine is stil a little crooked but it’s kind of the price you pay for a $600 ebike, it still works ok
Unfortunately I’ve had some issues with mine like the rear tire deflating and some wiring issues, but I also had one of the first units ever sold, pretty sure the units they’re putting out now are a lot better, for $600 if you don’t have the same issues I had I’d say it’s a home run, you should get 25ish miles all throttle which is a lot for a bike in this price range

I bike it in a regular bike mode( motor off) and when i get tired ,then i use either throttle or the m1. Everything is working as it should. When i unbox it its almost 90% assembled, and the battery has 3-4 bars. I like that has so many features compared to other bikes thats in similar price range or even more expensive. Im also happy that it came so fast,its supposed to come next week but it came after 2 or 3 days after i order. I hope it last me few years coz i have so many plans with it. 🙏

Hey Carlos, I still have the ebkarocy but unfortunately it’s out of commission for the time being, appears to be some kind of wiring issue maybe? I got the alcmax 2 weeks ago and I love it, if you haven’t checked out my videos on it you should, theres lots of good info there :), I do recommend the alcmax over the ebkarocy currently they’re the same price and you get more power, better suspension, and a larger battery with the alcmax, hope this helps!

@@CarlosFriera sure thing, I’m about 200lbs and I could get around 25 miles all throttle out of the ebkarocy bike when it was brand new so although it’s 5ah less than the alcmax, it’s still a very large battery for the smaller motor on that bike so you should be ok, the 2nd bike I pulled out of the backseat in that video was my girlfriends ebkarocy, she rides it everywhere I ride it, it does pretty good on most terrains besides dry sand like a beach, all in all I probably wouldn’t return the bike unless you have any issues with it like I did, hope this helps :)
Using a gps speedometer, I can't get past 16mph. Though the speedometer on the bike reads 18mph. I've messed with some of the P Settings, but I can't figure out how to boost the speed any higher. Has anyone figured out how to get some power/speed out of this thing? Otherwise, I'm fairly pleased with it, so far.
Hey Alec, when you first turn on the bike hit the M button on the screen to turn it from m2 to m3 power mode, this should make you reach the high teens / 20ish mph

and you can only get about 14 miles throttle only at speed mode 1
mine gets way more than 14 miles throttle only. I get over 20 miles easily. Maybe your battery is defective or your tires need air.

why is mine "beep.. beep" .. ... "beep, beep" .. ... "beep, beep" when full throttle in Mode 2 or 3 ??, no beep in mode 1. ??
