Hello Ann Marie, great question! The pockets and wallet elements all have a fold-over tab that you adhere onto the album spine of the book the way you want to lay out the album. The waterfall elements can be attached to the fold-over or back surfaces of the album. We will be using this album for some of our Monthly Album Club Kits, where you will be able to see great options on attaching the interactive elements on our TH-cam channel. Happy paper crafting!

Im guessing as its technically a folio, your not putting pages in it as such. You would use whichever of the interactive elements you desire straight onto the inside of the album🤷🏻♀️
