Purging old memories is one of my traits. I'm in my 60s. My continuous memory starts in 1987 when I was 29. Before that, only a few fragments of memory here and there. I had no memory of a job I left in 1987 until 2023 when I remembered it because I found an article I'd written about the company that was published in a prominent business magazine in 1987. The article was published just after I left the company and I never thought of it or the company until 36 years later. In 2023, I sent a copy to the President, who is long retired, but still on the Board of Directors and had a nice conversation with him after all that time. It's funny how that job went completely out of my mind. The next one, I started when I was 29 is vivid, because I was in a managerial position. I can remember every job and aspect of life after that time, but few before.
Great video. Interesting, especially since I've cut off any possibility of betrayal in one area, in as far as I work for myself. My point, although a subjective personality profile, haven't we all had to make other plans at some point in our lives, regardless of the circumstances?
I have already moved on I am too successful at my job to dwell on life’s problems and trivialities but I know when to be a beast but I do my best to be the kind hearted choir boy which is why I am underestimated but after today not any more as I continue to build bridges with my team and unite with rapport so I never settle on a score but I am a young lion who can silently roar 🦁
Heard a similar quote from Dynasty Warriors by Sima Yi when he defeats an officer: The mind shall vanquish the sword. This also sounds similar to the saying: The pen is mightier than the sword.

I DO write information down and make copies of documents for later use if the need arises!
I always liked Sun Tzu,the one who wins without drawing his sword, not the exact quote, but I've used it
