Back when I lived in WA, I had a demi-Japanese friend who had some legit cool stuff. One was a DBZ sensor game where you put on these little motion-slips(?) on your index and middle finger on each hand. I played that back around probably 2006 or 2007, and that shit worked fantastically. The fact that Kinect can't even do that, is hilarious. The worst part is, due to the way "ai" is pronounced in Japanese, that's actually accurate. Granted between the English dub taking over as the preferred version by many it's understandable that "Saiyajin" has been erased, especially since that doesn't even make sense in Japanese. "Saiyajin" means "Person from Saiya" when the saiyans are from Vegeta. Ramble over and nerd shame felt.

I agree with you to an extend, I think Naruto's story is better written, plus the animation is EXTREMELY well drawn and the action is FREAKING BAD-ASS. Just my opinion, though! (I mean who would of thought that a giant demon fox with nine tails would be badass, that's really original - although Naruto is based on Japanese folklore!) One Piece is also incredible! And it's Shonen Jumps' best selling manga at the moment, even beating the past Dragonball sales, just sayin'! But all of the creators of these mangas/animes are guys that take Akira Toriyama (original writer/illustrator for DB) as an HUGE influence, so just goes to show you: Akira is badass. And the Kamehameha isn't dead yet, check out DragonBall Z: Battle of Gods, if you haven't already. And if you did, then don't read the rest of my comment XD. Yet, again, just getting my word and opinion across XD It's only in English sub at the moment, as FOX is trying to get the licence for FUNimation to dub! Still an awesome movie, it came out last year. And it's the ONLY CANNON movie of the entire DBZ movie series.

The worst part is, due to the way "ai" is pronounced in Japanese, that's actually accurate. Granted between the English dub taking over as the preferred version by many it's understandable that "Saiyajin" has been erased, especially since that doesn't even make sense in Japanese. "Saiyajin" means "Person from Saiya" when the saiyans are from Vegeta.

I agree with you to an extend, I think Naruto's story is better written, plus the animation is EXTREMELY well drawn and the action is FREAKING BAD-ASS. Just my opinion, though! (I mean who would of thought that a giant demon fox with nine tails would be badass, that's really original - although Naruto is based on Japanese folklore!) One Piece is also incredible! And it's Shonen Jumps' best selling manga at the moment, even beating the past Dragonball sales, just sayin'! But all of the creators of these mangas/animes are guys that take Akira Toriyama (original writer/illustrator for DB) as an HUGE influence, so just goes to show you: Akira is badass. And the Kamehameha isn't dead yet, check out DragonBall Z: Battle of Gods, if you haven't already. And if you did, then don't read the rest of my comment XD. Yet, again, just getting my word and opinion across XD
It's only in English sub at the moment, as FOX is trying to get the licence for FUNimation to dub! Still an awesome movie, it came out last year. And it's the ONLY CANNON movie of the entire DBZ movie series.
