Burl, I would like to see a demo of how to make a cut out like this but leave some thin tabs so that the part is still held in place at the end of the cutting. I've seen videos of multiple parts cut out of a single sheet of stock and they are held together with the tabs to prevent the part from moving until all the parts are cut out.
Hey, have you considered getting an AutoCAD Inventor student license, and downloading the Inventor HSM? About 6 months ago, I got a 3 year license for the Pro version, and now I can make parts and apply the CAM in the same file, export post to Mach3.

why did the G code come out as all G01 moves instead of G02 or G03 ?

I have problem with multiple steps option. It's GRAYED OUT. I tried to contact BobCAD twice but no answer. Do you have any idea why it is?
