    I really love this trio of cards. I appreciate seeing how different the same “pattern” turns out just by using different papers ❤

      @@lucypatrick hi, I enjoy watching you create your cards. I started making cards a year ago January and still have lots to learn. I have improved since starting. Nobody on here, design cards the way you do. Received my washi tape yesterday. Can't wait to create cards. I'll watch whatever you put out. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. Card making is easy and hard at the same time. I enjoy it so much. Have a blessed day and week ahead

    Hi Lucy, where did you get the wide double sided tape, and the small glue container please? Love the cards as always 😀

    • @lucypatrick
      @lucypatrick  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Vicki 🥰. I buy my tapes wholesale (House of Paper) but if you Google 15mm double sided tape (or 100mm if you’re talking about my big roll) a few come up, Officeworks and Bunnings to name a couple 😁. The small glue containers can be bought on Amazon (I think I bought mine on CraftOnline but I’ve had it a long time so I don’t fully remember). I hope this helps 😁. Xox

    Lovely card! Curious ...your cards often have a lot of height do you make special envelopes to accommodate them?

    • @lucypatrick
      @lucypatrick  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I don't usually create special envelopes. If they have too much height I won't post them or if I do, I have cardboard box envelopes that keeps them safe. I mostly give them to people in a normal envelope, they do fit even if a little tight. I hope this helps ❤

    Where did you get your black base you are making your cards on???

    • @lucypatrick
      @lucypatrick  ปีที่แล้ว

      I can’t remember sorry. I do use my glass craft mat as well but because of the glare it doesn’t video well so I use this one instead. You can find the glass one by clicking on the link in my description in the videos. I try to add most of the items I use in the video descriptions along with a link to where to find them xox

    I’ve been part of the crafting community for a long time, and I really struggle with the idea of “masculine” cards. I know what people mean when they use the term (non-floral/frilly/“girly”), but I still struggle with it. Many “masculine” cards are just neutral colors, geometric patterns, etc. and look like they could go to anyone. Some are nature themed or relate to hobbies that plenty of women also do. This is not a criticism at all, and I don’t judge you for using the term (we all do). I’m curious though if you have thoughts about another way we could describe these cards…or if anyone in your audience has come up with a useful term to describe these cards we think are better suited for men but could really go to anyone. I hope this isn’t seen as disrespectful. It’s an earnest question.

      I just love creating, I don't worry too much about what name I give my cards.
