01:45 Remember that Units cant be suppressed by beeing in Green Cover, you could have put your soldiers BEHIND the Half-Track to give them Green Cover OR you could have put them inside the Half-Track so they can stil shoot out and not get suppressed
Units can be suppressed in green cover. It's just so hard that one HMG won't do it.
@@naksachaisaejane1982 hm have you tested this or just seen in happend ingame? beacuse if just 1 model is not in heavy cover then the entire squad is suppressed, maybe the 2nd MG was at a diffrent angle so it caught a model in the open?

@@magnusbergeI'm fairly certain that'd be the case if the suppression modifier isn't 0 in normal green cover. It isn't 0 in CoH2, at least.
Also, I think the suppression doesn't work on squad when they have just 1 member out of cover like CoH2. It just makes that one member to die much easier.
DAK still seems pretty weird to play. i have been off and on with this game since launch waiting for patches etc.
Your only AT options are jaegers or AT guns. Against brits mortars, AT guns are less effective so its like shit what do cuz jaegers only ok and take forever to get them out.
no good artillery option like nebelwerfer to counter the turtle; tho i havent played much with the field guns but seems like their range is lacking
thing with DAK is you always feel like your outnumbered no matter what cuz everything is like 1.5 times as expensive to get. tech and units
i have noticed that the pgrens are SUPER good when upgraded with +1 model and mg34 but its pretty expensive to get to and basically u sacrifice getting out another 1-2 squads for it
the mortar trucks are so meh and die so easy. the AA halftrack shot for the whole duration of 2 spy planes and couldnt shoot down either. US AA would shoot that shit down in 2 sec
DAK vehicles get countered by just 1 or 2 AT guns with not many good options to take them out when you have 2-3 less infantry squads to push and shit tier indirect fire options
DAK is so weird of a faction imo and difficult to figure out and just less overall effective than other factions it feels like

yes i think dak is the most difficult faction. especially because of the initial vehicles that break down so quickly. but dak is also super fun once you've gained a few rounds of experience.
I couldn't disagree more. DAK has the highest winrates and has an easy counter to everything right now. They do struggle in late game without the tank call ins but that's fair considering how strong they are in early, mid, and very late game.
10:10 Why do you have 3x anti-tank guns when you have seen zero vehicles at this point but we have seen tons of infantry, you really need to see what the enemy is building and try to counter it a bit (from the start of the match we saw 3 planes go inn so we knew that it would be airborn heavy infantry focus)

@magnusberge you do have a point that the AT guns contribute nothing on an all-infantry force. But at the same time, battlefield conditions doesn't always stay the same throughout the game. There will be always a possibility that the opponents would use light vehicles (LVs) or tanks to catch someone off-guard after a long-winded infantry combat.
I think the saying "better to be prepared for something that may never happen than prepare nothing at all" applies here.
Frankly, I prefer Panzerjagers and then prepare AT guns when tanks do appear, with the former still capable of anti-infantry at some extent and the flexibility of dealing LVs diving from an unexpected direction.

14:14 So you entire army is anti-tank units and "mortar" units vs a enemy force of 99% infantry, so you build even more "mortars" ?? dude, re-orgenize and get anti infantry at this point, your doing nothing but letting this guy walk all over you. These mortar attacks are doing "nothing" beacuse you dont have any units to follow up on the space they create, so the enemy just heals up again and you just wasted ammo and time, when a enemy moves cuz of mortars or airstrikes etc. they give up there good position and space, space that you can now move inn to take from them and gain ressourses and better positions, but you dont do this
They won a game 99% of others would have lost. And if all your mates are heavy on anti inf, but don't have strong anti tank, you will pay also the price.
@@icemanUH yea but you dont lean this heavy into 1 counter strategi when there is zero information that its needed, get 1 sure, then build more if you se the enemy build more tanks etc. They won where 99% would have lost sure but he also put himself into that losing situvation in the 1st place
hard to say. yes maybe more infantry would have been better. i wasn't alone down there. my flak was also still there. the problem is usually that i lose to mass tanks in the late game. and on the elo there are always mass tanks. i wanted to deny that directly. but yes there is always room for improvement.

I bet some of these people here trying to teach you how to play cannot survive 10 minutes in these type of games

@@Achilles-Gaming I ask with good intentions. You always need to have 4 infantry detachments, 2 engineers, 1-2 anti-tank units depending on the situation, and then see for yourself.
Achilles is a gold player mate ,I think he knows how to play properly as I played with him few times ,easy to comment and criticize without being in a game full of challengers just look at the end damage dealt by him against those challengers

I see some 1vs1 legends that not good in team games , its like you saying football players or basketball players and other players in team games are bad because they dont play solo !!!!!
those guys had 70% winrates in all modes including 1v1.

you have to take a look at the stats of the players. some of them are challengers in all 4 areas. winning stats 70%+...
