For once I kind of want a role playing game made by 4 companies Square/Enix, Intelligent systems, Creatures inc., and game freak and create something entirely differently but there can still be little nice references to all of there respective catalogs of properties to each company, but you only dream right now; now if I had a poll on if this is a good idea I would be interested. On an final note I'm aware that if it happened it would be a very strenuous process to decide on the subject, the story, the main character and side characters, the gameplay and it's mechanics, the music, and lastly the art style. To have something like this made would be nothing short of an miracle but if it happens I'll make damm sure to buy it. So if anyone has read this all the way through, what do you think?
that's really a pretty good and interesting idea, it'll be something cool and new for a game with the ideas of 4 different companies, and just like you, i would buy it too for sure!!
@@untseac Perhaps like how Disney had it's Renaissance era, maybe it can happen with JRPGs given the circumstances, right now we're at the bronze age where there aren't making as many and not as good quality but there a few outliers that chose to experiment with varying degrees of success the moment when the big companies start doing it the JRPG Renaissance can truly begin, but I guess to start getting this game to exist is to spread this message to more and more people possibly spamming it if it's necessary but don't overdo it on many popular gaming channels and let them think of this idea where it might start some traction on to this thought, and maybe request the 4 giants to perhaps start coming up with ideas.

Dragon Quest has its Overture Final Fantasy has its Prelude Kingdom Hearts has Dearly Beloved. All are such beautiful pieces of music composed by fantastic conductors. Square Enix has QUITE the ear for amazing themes for their RPG's.

It's been almost a year since I bought Dragon Quest XI S as my first Dragon Quest. Thank you Sakurai for making me curious enough to try this gem of a series out.
This song, much like dragon quest itself, is proof that you dont have to change what you are to remain amazing as time goes on, you just have to be REALLY good at being what you are.
@@harrylane4 yeah I may have been speaking a bit hastily, I’ve only really played 11, and I’ll definitely play the 3 remake when it comes out. But yeah I have no reference for the older games. I was just saying that since 12 had been announced and they said it was going to be a more mature and dark game. So after playing 11 and seeing that it was cartoony but still serious at times, it just made me afraid that they’d take it in a direction that focused solely on how dark and gritty it is.
It's sad that DQ is so underrated. Some people I know didn't even knew who Hero was when he was announced. But tbf the first DQ we got in Europe was VIII and it didn't even got a real hype. In the US you got the FFXII Demo Disk but I didn't even got that

Oh, I most definitely knew who the hero was and he's one of my favorite characters despite how over the top some of his moves are. And when I first saw that reveal trailer, I said "That's it, I'm buying Dragon Quest XI S." And so I did and boy is it a great game
I love That the design of the characters is in classic Akira Toriyama’s style. Some characters are very similar to Goku’s, Bulma’s and Yamcha’s original design.

A legendary series beyond compare. Incredible stories, masterfully crafted gameplay and one of the greatest, most rousing motifs in gaming history. Not even The Legend of Zelda can compare to this, and it's one of the most well known franchises in gaming history.
Am I the only one who thinks hoes shouldn’t be mad that we finally got Dragon Quest in Smash? It’s just the influx of anime Swordfighters we got before him that drove us away from the idea of the one anime Swordfighter we should’ve gotten in the first place that... oh god.... I’m the hoe who is mad that hoes mad... oh well. MY BOI IS IN SMASH!!
Diffrider Kouen yeah, no. That’s the problem now: he’s too good. His specials do too much damage, Random Crits and self-destruct switches are now a thing, and he can block projectiles with his shield. As much as I love that Hero’s finally in the game, let alone absolutely stacked, I can kind of see why hoes are mad at that, but you can’t get mad and say nobody cares about a game that literally influenced JRPG’s as we know them!

I remember that when I was little, Dragon Quest VIII for ps2 caught my attention a lot. At that time there was no youtube, no gameplays or anything and I didn't even know what the game was about, but I was attracted to it. In the end I was an idiot and that year I chose as a birthday present the game Family Guy for ps2 (what a shit). Many years later, I thought about buying Dragon Quest Builders 2, which is not even a main game, and that's when everything changed. Now Dragon Quest XI is my favorite game and I'm doing my best to be able to play the VIII. I'm also playing the original trilogy and I'm reading the mangas and watching the anime. I have gone crazy with this saga, help.

Oh how that original Dragon Warrior (US original release) overture, takes me back to being a boy in 1989. Puts a smile on my face.

November 2020: I loved DQ11 so much, and I can spend some myNintendo gold points to get 35% off DQ8 on 3DS. Might as well give it a go.
Summer 2021: I NEED MORE DRAGON QUEST! FIRST I'M GONNA PLAY THE ERDRICK TRILOGY. AND I CAN'T FORGET ABOUT THE ZENETHIAN TRILOGY. OH, AND DQ MONSTERS AND ROCKET SLIME AND DQ9 AND I'M PUMPED ABOUT DQ12, TREASURES, AND DQ3 REMAKE! I'M OBSESSED! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Just beat Calasmos from dq 11 yesterday and I am so upset that it is over
Congrants on beating Calasmos :D!!, i know...finishing a great game it's always sad...but we can always start and enjoyed it again and wait for a new DQ game :D!!
