Yes I agree, I appreciate people that speak the language when they visit a country so they can fully understand the culture and experiences. Especially with Vietnamese because it is such a hard language to speak and understand, Chris and Max have done a excellent job on really embracing and supporting the culture.

Max eats the noodle right. I always add a little soup to my dry noodles. But you guys really should dip the meat in the sauce then eat it together with the noodles, all together with the basil. Cleanse you palette with the soup.
Hey, TWO HANDSOME GENTS! Good to see you! Is there a difference between the BIG and SMALL noodles? I did see rice and buckwheat noodles. Is that the difference? That iced tea looked MAGNIFICENT!!! They sure give you A LOT FOR YOUR MONEY! No one leaves hungry or disappointed. Sometimes not as good as other places, but NEVER disappointed. I LOVE green onions and scallions. What is the difference amongst green onions, scallions and spring onions? I looked it up and one said size. I think taste? Spring onions might be more mild? I can't tell a difference personally, can you? I saw all kinds of colorful deliciousness on your table. Vietnam has a TON of lovely veggies I see. My kind of place. You both are really making me want to visit, however... me no speak Vietnamese and flight to Vietnam and no motorcycle license = immense hesitation. Plus, I have three puppies just turned one. Bún , hủ tiếu mềm phở thì làm từ bột gạo (thường có màu trắng ), còn các loại sợi màu vàng thì làm từ bột mì ..thường thì người Vn gọi mì và bún để phân biệt . Mì và bún chế biến nước lèo cũng có khác biệt , tuy nhiên đôi khi người ta cũng dùng chung nước lèo cho hai loại thực phẩm sợi này . Theo mình thì là thế còn sợi làm bằng bột mì có màu không truyền thống thì mình chưa biết.
I prefer Mi Nho , it's easier to swallow . On Ta Uyen street there is a very delicious Com Tho ( rice steamed in a ceramic pot + side dishes ) restaurant . You should try it , very ngon .

Max eats the noodle right. I always add a little soup to my dry noodles. But you guys really should dip the meat in the sauce then eat it together with the noodles, all together with the basil. Cleanse you palette with the soup.
