1. Mark time march. -- it is marching on the spot 2. Then the command forward march is given -- they start moving front swinging their arms. 3. To stop, comand is given,-- group, halt, 1, 2. They stop. their last foot will be their right.
One more video is there, "basic March past drills" In that video the basic commands are given. If you don't understand any command, u mention it to me. I will explain.

Command is " GENERAL SALUTE".
Here in Nigeria, school children are stiff and very lazy to move their bodies. It's so frustrating teaching them how to march.
